Fresh Tracks – The Cheat – Volume 14

Last week was a bit too quiet for The Cheat but man did this week ever make up for it, good enough, in fact, that I’m going to take a moment to tell give you the full run-down: First up we have Ajello getting lots of remix treatment on “I Wanna Be Italian Too”. Next up, Christian Falero beeps his way onto the list with Flatline. Etienne De Crecy is third on the list with the acidic ‘Luck’, from his Fuck/Suck/Luck trio. Gabriel D’Andrea fills us in on his love (not like – that would be a tragedy) of music with the funky Electro People. Headman is getting major remix treatment on his new track, Moisture. This time up in the Fresh Tracks I’m featuring his very own Club Mix of the track. Loose Cannons are back with the banging Opera House Mix of Why You. By now you should know that the new Peaches album kicks major ass. If you weren’t planning on buying it, you’d best change your mind otherwise you’ll be the last on your block to own it. The Simian Mobile Disco remix of Downtown is unbelievably hot. Dig it up and buy it! I can’t say I’ve featured this particular type of combo of electro, breaks, and retro all rolled into one track, but with Sergej Auto’s Big Ciy Freakout, now I can. Spektrum are back with May Day, and the TRAMP! Remix being featured here this week is something you should definitely check out. Last but not least, Yer Man is also hitting us with a new track in this set of The Cheat Fresh Tracks, with the erotically-charged Get Dirty. Just wait for the chorus to hit. It’s not never-before-heard but will still have you bangin’. Man, I’m so happy to finally be able to present a nice, solid list of new The Cheat tracks. Too bad it took two weeks piled up into one to do it, but still, happiness is happiness. Enjoy!
