Well, ladies and gents, it’s time for another dj twopointzero mix set. This time around I’m drawing from the Mothership-Funkin’ House Fresh Tracks volumes posted to date, as well as from the previous few months’ releases in the applicable genres. Additionally, as I’m sure you can tell by the track list, this time around the mix set is a biggie. See, I have to go out of town for a while and won’t be able to post Fresh Tracks or mix sets on the regular schedule, so before I go I wanted to leave everyone with a nice, big, fat, funky mix that they can spin around and around until I get back, get caught up, and get another one recorded and posted. Again, we’re looking at a first-take unrehearsed mix, this time featuring 29 tracks spread over 77 minutes of funky house, ranging from the 80s-infused to the glitchy, the sampladelic, and right on through to some nice over-the-top filtered house.
